Le profonde trasformazioni di cui le migrazioni contemporanee sono risultato ed espressione richiedono un ripensamento della missione con i migranti. L’approccio consolidato dalla tradizione si deve rinnovare ed arricchire per raggiungere tutti i migranti. Soprattutto, le migrazioni sollecitano a un approfondimento della missione non solo come andare fuori, ma anche come andare oltre e lasciar entrare.

A commento dell’Istruzione Erga migrantes caritas Christi, i saggi raccolti in questo volume guardano ad alcune delle dimensioni sociali più rilevanti nelle migrazioni oggi, come l’irregolarità, le questioni legate all’integrazione e le esigenze del dialogo interreligioso, e a come venga ripensata la missione con i migranti sotto il profilo teologico e pastorale, anche se non vi sono rilevanti novità sotto quello normativo.

Studiosi e studenti di filosofia sociale, di diritto canonico e della teologia pastorale delle migrazioni; operatori pastorali, religiosi e laici, impegnati nelle attività di missione.

Description

In order to understand the deep changes that have led to the contemporary migrations, it is required to rethink the mission with the migrants. The approach, which has been consolidated by tradition, must renew and enrich itself in order to reach out to all the migrants. Most of all, the migrations urge us to a deepening of mission, not only as a “going out” but also as a “going beyond” and a “letting in”.

As a commentary to the Instruction Erga migrantes caritas Christi, the essays collected here look at some of the most relevant social dimensions of the migrations today, such as irregularity, the questions of integration and the need of the interreligious dialogue. They also analyse how to re-think mission with the migrants from both the pastoral and theological aspect, although there aren’t yet relevant changes in the normative field.
