RAMON PERALTA, sacerdote, è nato in Argentina dove ha frequentato gli studi e ha insegnato in alcune Università. Ha poi conseguito nella Pontificia Università Salesiana di Roma il Dottorato in Teologia con specializzazione in pastorale giovanile e catechetica. Attualmente è Docente nell'Istituto Superiore di Catechesi e Spiritualità Missionaria della Pontificia Università Urbaniana. È autore di alcuni articoli pubblicati nelle riviste "Sacrum Ministerium" della Congregazione per il Clero e "Redemptoris Missio" dell'ISCSM.

Il Concilio Vaticano II ha provocato una metamorfosi nella coscienza ecclesiale. A partire da tale evento il ministero della Chiesa è condensato nelle categorie teologiche di comunione e servizio, sostanzialmente contenute nelle Costituzioni Lumen Gentium e Gaudium et Spes, che la ricerca mette a confronto con diverse opere catechistiche della Chiesa pellegrina in Argentina durante il periodo che va dal 1987 al 1997. Questo studio mira a mostrare la reale ricezione del Magistero conciliare nelle chiese locali e in riferimento specifico alla catechesi; un'indagine per verificare come l'ecclesiologia del Vaticano II è presente nei testi catechetici e catechistici pubblicati nell'arco di un decennio.

The Author

Peralta Ramon: a priest, was born in Argentina where he completed his studies and then taught in several universities. He later received a Doctorate in Theology at the Pontifical Salesian University in Rome, specializing in pastoral work for youth and catechesis. Currently he is professor at the Higher Institute of Catechesis and Missionary Spirituality of the Pontifical Urbaniana University. He is author of several articles published by the review “Sacrum Ministerium” of the Congregation for Clergy and “Redemptoris Missio” of ISCSM.

Description

The Second Vatican Council has brought about a metamorphosis in the ecclesial conscience.

From that event onwards, the ministry of the Church has been abridged in the theological categories of communion and service, that are fundamentally found in the Constitutions of Lumen Gentium and Gaudium et Spes. There are several studies which compare these categories with different catechetical works of the pilgrim Church of Argentina between 1987 and 1997.

This book is aimed at showing the real reception of the Council’s Teaching in the local churches and with specific reference to the catechesis; it’s a study to check how the theology of Vatican II is present in the catechetical texts published in that decade.
